The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies in the UK from 25th May 2018. Together with the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018) it replaces the existing Data Protection Act 1998. The Practice holds medical records confidentially and shares these with appropriate stakeholders who are involved in providing direct patient care for individual patients of the practice.
